The Simpsons Celebrates 500th Episode

On February 19th, 2012, Fox’s The Simpson’s celebrated their 500th episode. Here goes a little history lesson for you Ragers. The Simpsons debuted on December 17th, 1989 and is now longest running American sitcom. Now on it’s 23rd season, it is also the longest running animated American sitcom. The dysfunctional family of Homer, Marge, Bart, Lisa, and Maggie have spawned a slew of merchandise that has been bought all around the world that has made its show creator, Matt Groening a very rich man. if you missed last Sunday’s episode, Hulu has just uploaded the 500th episode on their site.
